Corgi Gift Set 22

Notes

One of the most desirable film-related Gift Sets – this set comprises:

1) Corgi 269 Lotus Esprit in white with 007 label on the bonnet. Virtually mint (one probably factory assembly mark at a rear edge). Intact headlight/registration number label at the front. Functions well.

2) Corgi 271 Aston Martin DB5 in silver with seated figure of James Bond. Mint, with all functions working perfectly (ejector mechanism, rear bullet shield and over-riders).

3) Corgi 649 Space Shuttle in white with complete Moonraker labels. In virtually mint condition. Complete with satellite.

Nice to see that this item comes complete with the sealed bag containing two villains. The complete sprue of missiles for the Lotus Esprit is also included.
The fragile yellow plastic tray is nearly always damaged – this example has a few side splits caused by the weight of the models.
The outer card box is complete, clean and bright with the original cellophane window notably intact! There is the occasional little rub/ruffle at end flaps etc. and a small tear at the tuck-in part of one large end flap. No graffiti. Instructions on box reverse.
