Corgi 803
Corgi 803 The Beatles Yellow Submarine. Red hatches issue. Very near mint/boxed. With photocopied sketches which were part of the paperwork from the Chief Designer for Corgi Marcel Van Cleemput. From The Old School Collection.
Notes
A sought-after Corgi model in original condition with all four figures of John, Paul, George and Ringo.
Red hatches issue.
All transfers look bright and fresh and the periscope is undamaged, rotating when the model is pushed along. Hatches open and close well.
Just a couple of little marks to the paint finish at the rear point. Notably, the transfers are all intact. Complete plastic propellor, too.
The box is fresh and bright with deep blue inner (just a couple of little tears to this very fragile inner).
The colourful artwork is a delight! .
The box is happily free of the usual crease at header card reverse. Minor wear only and the cellophane window has a tiny nick. .
A very pleasing example of this popular and sought-after original toy!
