This cast wheel version contains:
Corgi 438 Land Rover with shiny cast wheels, suspension and well-shaped original supple tyres with ‘Corgi Toys’ emboss. In virtually mint condition, in green with Zebra stripes. Tow hook and window glazing. Perfect “WAMERU SUB DISTRICT” lettering on the always vulnerable transfer (tiny edge nick). Complete registration plate. Tiger on the bonnet, and Dr. Marsh Tracy, notably with stethoscope and chimp.
A little residue from a Corgi accessory sticky pad that had been attached so that Dr Tracy can be seated.
Inner card stand is in virtually mint condition – very bright and fresh. Tiny ruffling at a wheel slot. Clarence the cross-eyed lion is still banded to the card, complete with spectacles and figure of Paula. The header card window box is complete, fresh and strongly-coloured. Very nice!
Barely any wear at all. Intact original cellophane. Not even the usual crease on box reverse where the header card joins the main body of the box!
A popular Gift Set, especially this cast wheel version – in this virtually mint condition.
