Notes
Inspired by the Gerry Anderson Thunderbirds T.V. series from the ’60’s. This Fab 1 model is finished in non-fluorescent pink, with a clear sliding roof, scarce with a silver-painted base.
Gold interior and both original seated figures of Lady Penelope and Parker. It comes complete with an intact bonnet emblem, jewelled headlights and front & rear number plates (light wear). Correct, 3rd type wheels are very shiny.
The Fab 1 has the occasional negligible mark. Presents very well indeed. Both the rocket and missiles fire!
The sliding roof moves well. The car comes complete with a firing rocket and four rear harpoons.
The colourful card stand is bright, although there is a small area of surface loss to the black background and this has been inked at some time to camouflage it. Small tear to a wheel slot and light wear/rubbing besides.
Instructions are on the reverse of the card stand, detailing how to fire the front rocket and rear harpoons.
The pictorial card box is clean and brightly-coloured. Light wear and a couple of small tears to the vulnerable tuck-in area of the large end flaps.
