Corgi 210
Corgi 210 Citroen D.S. 19. Very near mint/boxed. Version WITH mechanical version baseplate, although non-mechanical model. From The Old School Collection.
Notes
Issued between 1957-60 with a dark metallic green finish, black roof and grey baseplate with bulge. Originally Corgi intended to issue as a mechanical version (hence the bulge) but this was never issued. This is not a mechanical version but has the baseplate that would have been used if such a model were produced. An interesting issue therefore.
Flat spun wheels.
Slightly ‘foggy’ windows.
The early powder-blue picture box is deeply-coloured and complete. Slight age grubbiness and a couple of small flecks of surface loss.
