Corgi 328
Corgi 328 Hillman Imp in Monte-Carlo Trim. Near mint plus (intact suspension)/boxed. From The Old School Collection.
Notes
This popular rally car has a metallic blue finish, white stripe, racing number ‘107’, clean, complete and bright ‘Monte Carlo Rally’ labels and number plates at front and rear. Jewelled headlights and cream interior, opening rear window. With suspension on all four wheels.
A small mark on the roof, a tiny dot or tow and a little stray dab of factory silver at the rear edge.
The bright and complete 340 picture box has a crisp feel. Presumably this is one of the last 328 Hillman Imp issues – occasionally found in the over-flashed 328 box (a transition issue for the 340 Sunbeam Imp). Bright 340 over-flash, and thankfully intact ( not sliced open at the end flap). Small stain to the end of the over-flash and a very small area of surface loss. Corgi Club Membership Form.
