Dinky 432
Dinky 432 Guy Warrior Flat Truck. Very near mint/boxed (wear). Window glazing version. Scarce model from The Cumbrian Collection.
Notes
Issued between 1960-64. This particular example has a fresh green cab and chassis and such a vivid red flatbed. This is the later issue with window glazing.
Occasional negligible mark – shows minimal handling – not even the usual front bumper rub!
The picture box is the correct late pale yellow issue However, these comparatively flimsy boxes often sustain heavier wear. Residue from the old tape which kept the box ends shut ( it must have been a nightmare for the shopkeeper to ensure this comparatively heavy model does not just slide out when the box is picked up otherwise). Tear to the tuck-in part of one large end flap and some age/handling wear besides.
