Notes
A classic Dinky truck in the rarer red and grey finish (1954-60). Such a lustrous original paint finish throughout. Day-one fresh pale grey tinplate canopy and matching wheels. Bright baseplate too! Such an eye-catching truck on display.
Occasional little mark (mostly on one wheel arch) and the most careful and close inspection will find a couple of little barely visible touch-ins and a stroke of red paint on the front bumper. Magnification required if you want to see them.
The correctly-spotted card box is complete, brightly-coloured with a crisp feel. Correct colour spot. Light handling grubbiness in places and a tiny corner crumple. Period price at an end flap.
Not an easy model to find.
