Slightly later issue (1963-68) with blue plastic sliding doors at ends and middle.
This example is in original condition with an unfaded red and blue paint finish. Intact tow hook and drawbar, and the amber roof glass is intact and unmarked. Minor age discolouration to the blue plastic sliding doors. The paint finish however is vibrant and glossy!
The occasional negligible mark to the paint finish.
Nice to see that this example comes with an unapplied ‘LIONS’ transfer, lion and lioness.Packing card, too.
Lift-off lid pictorial box is complete and vividly-coloured. No tears or splits. Just a few little scuffs and light wear. ‘Lions’ has been pencilled on the lid at some time.
