Dinky 174
Dinky 174 Hudson Hornet Sedan. MID-CERISE (not deep cerise) and cream finish. Near mint plus/boxed. A rare find from The Cumbrian Collection.
Notes
Most often found in yellow and grey or red and cream, this is an especially difficult find in this mid-cerise shade. Few are found with a maroon and cream finish too. Both cast and spun wheels version may be seen – although the spun wheel versions are harder to find.
This model is in a distinctive shade of mid-cerise and cream (the finish reminiscent of Dinky 180 Packard Clipper but rather paler cerise).
True shade throughout (not sunfaded). Shiny shaped spun wheels, and clean, white original treaded tyres. Pleasing silver trim.
Occasional little mark only.
For comparison, this is the model pictured on the right:
Clean and bright plain box has light age/handling wear including a very small start of a tera. Correct colour spot.
