French Dinky 24V
French Dinky 24V Buick Roadmaster. Very near mint/boxed. Scarce 2nd type in butter yellow, dark green. From The Cumbrian Collection.
Notes
Issued in various colour finishes between 1954-59 before its brief re-numbering to 538. This is one of the most difficult of the 2nd type versions to find – model is finished in butter lemon-yellow with a deep green roof, silver trim, shiny convex hubs, white tyres. Presents nicely with a pleasing lustre:
Shiny base and smooth-running white tyres.
Faintest of roof rubs and very minor rear bumper marking.
Pictorial box is complete, and brightly-coloured, with no graffiti. A little crumpling and light handling wear includes a partial thickness thumb tear at an internal end flap.
A difficult version to find!
