Dinky 666
Dinky 666 Missile Erector Vehicle with Corporal Missile & Launching Platform. Very near mint - very, very near mint/boxed. Early issue (so printed 'Erector' not "Erecting' Vehicle on box). Early issue with metal cogs (not plastic). With Instructions, Dinky Inspection Tag & packing! From The Reference Collection.
Notes
What a fine example of this impressive Dinky military set! This is a very close to mint example with window glazing. Functions perfectly, with a complete and intact missile (and that includes the rubber nose).
In virtually mint condition!
This is the more difficult to source early issue with metal (as opposed to plastic) cogs in the mechanism which raise and lower the missile.
Missile Launching Pad has all delicate parts intact. Little contact chip on the tow ring.
The striped Supertoys box is close to mint with bright fresh colours on largely unrubbed clean card. Note this is the first issue with printed ‘Missile Erector Vehicle’. Later this would be changed to ‘Missile Erecting Vehicle’
Old sellotape which kept the lid closed has left a small areas of surface loss at both long sides of the lid (nearly always the case).
Inside the box, you will find the bright yellow packing piece in which the models sit as well as the often missing top packing piece (very minor wear only to the card). Quality Control Tag present too.
Instruction Leaflet is included:

An impressive set – a real delight for military and Dinky enthusiasts alike!
