Corgi Junior Carry Case
Corgi Junior Carry Case Prototype, with accompanying artwork. Unique item from The MBU Collection. "The artwork was found in Marcel Cleemput's office but the actual carry case I bought at the Christies sale 3rd December 1993 along with many other Cleemput oddities/photos etc. and I recognised the case as a prototype that I already had the artwork for!"
Notes
A shame this eye-catching Corgi Junior Carry Case never went into production!
This moulded plastic lightweight Carry Case measures 32cms x 20.5 × 9cms.
6 semi-transparent tubes (various shades) would hold your Corgi Junior models and each tube would be accessed by flip top ‘end caps’ at the sides. Chunky handle and robust design. Corgi label on one side. At this stage in production , just one set of end caps have been fitted with a hinge so that they can be opened.
A little minor damage as shown.
