Dinky 162
Dinky 162 Ford Zephyr Saloon. Very near mint (side bodyline rubs)/boxed. Deep green & cream issue. From The Cumbrian Collection.
Notes
With an all original paint finish in deep green and cream, and fawn hubs, this model has rarely been out of its bright and complete box. Issued between 1956-60.
Not even a trace of a roof rub!
Some of the near-inevitable side bodyline rubs due to box contact.
Baseplate has large lettering and ‘162’ stamped. Well-shaped, smooth original tyres.
The box has a crisp feel and correct colour spot. Light grubbiness and a tear to the seam of one internal end flap.
