Issued between 1958-63 in various colour finishes, this being one of the most difficult to source in deep red-maroon and cream with original silver painted cast wheels. Bright baseplate. White treaded tyres.

Occasional little mark and closest scrutiny reveals a thin line of later (well-matched) cream paint on a side body line (need a magnifying glass to spot), and a couple of small retouches besides.
The correct lighter yellow box is complete, bright and fresh. Vivid colours. Correct ‘neutral’ colour spot at the end flaps. Small thumb tear at an end flap.
