Dinky 114
Dinky 114 Triumph Spitfire. Scarce DEEPER gold version with narrower boot transfer/lettering & Tiger Logo. Very near mint/boxed. From The Inverness Collection.
Notes
This Triumph Spitfire model has a intense gold finish, complete with intact windscreen and lady driver with substantial seatbelt. Harder to find version. Note the rear transfer complete is narrower with smaller text and deeply-coloured ‘Tiger’ logo . Jewelled headlights.
A few little marks to the paint finish nearly all confined to the driver’s door.
The complete and bright box has a few light surface rubs and a small tear emanating from the tuck-in part of one large end flap. Note the period price label on an end flap which bears both ‘old’ and ‘decimal’ price.
