Dinky 151
Dinky 151 Triumph 1800 Saloon. Very near mint/boxed. Mid-blue issue. From The 25 Year Collection in California.
Notes
Early 151 issue in mid-blue with blue wheels. Small lettering and rails detail on baseplate (1954). Well-shaped smooth original tyres.
Presents well with a pleasing sheen to the paint finish.
Just a couple of the small chips to the number-plate area and a couple of stray dots of factory silver.
The pictorial box is vividly-coloured and crisp, complete with all end flaps. Correct colour spot too.
Very light wear and note the small amount of clear glue (easily overlooked) at a top edge – not a repair. Period dollar price on an end flap.
