Notes
A rare find – and the first we have ever offered for sale. The owner tells us:
“I bought this Dinky Van from a lovely old gentleman from London about 15 years ago. He said his brother worked in the office at the Trojan factory for many years and had been presented with the model which had lain in a cupboard for years after that”.

A very close to mint example with a fine gloss to the vibrant paint finish. Virtually complete – complete lettering on both sides.
Paint finish has just just one little mark at the rear. Dulling to the finish on the baseplate. Well-shaped smooth original tyres.
This commemorative issue has the correct and original paper label on the roof which refers to the production of the Trojan ‘Little Red Vans’ since 1924. Another original label on the top of the picture box too. Light age/handling wear only.
