Issued during 1963, this Spot-on Rover model has a close to mint soft grey original paint finish with a cream detailed interior, grey steering wheel, shiny wheels, complete number plates front and rear.
A couple of chrome rubs (over-riders). Note the base has an as-made casting hole.
