Notes
This complete and unused set comprises 2 x Corgi 226 Morris Mini Minor in maroon with intact Monte Carlo labels and Fernel racing Number labels on the doors. Adapted for this game, so each model has the requisite hole in the base. Both have cast wheels.
In close to mint – very close to mint condition.
All components for the game are in place on the bright fresh and a blue plastic tray (small side tear).
Intact white card lower half of the box, although strip of surface loss on the underside due to the removal of old tape at some time.
Instruction Leaflet is present, too. Note there is pen writing (score keeping) on the reverse and the Instructions have a repaired tear.
The outer box lid is complete, with vibrant colours. Remains of the old tape which kept the lid closed. A little of the expected ‘lifting’ of the paper surface at the point but no parts missing. Small repair to one lid seam and a surface tear at an edge. Minor wear besides.
A most unusual, late issue set.
