An early Gerry Anderson TV Series called ‘The Investigator’ was piloted but never made into a series. This model was intended to be released alongside the series , although it became the Coastguard Amphibious Missile Launch instead. However, we are reliably informed that if the red seats are removed the words "Investigator Boat’ are found on the underside!
This example is in mint unused condition complete with missiles. The concealed compartment on the front of the boat reveals the missile firing mechanism.
The bright and fresh window box has intact original cellophane and an unpunched header card.
