Notes
Issued between 1958-59 only, we are pleased to offer for sale the most sought-after Big Bedford advertising lorry! This fine model has a vibrant red cab and chassis and a bright yellow back. More commonly found with the ‘Bean Can’ transfers, this scarce version has the all-important ‘Sauce Bottle’ transfers in virtually mint condition on both sides:
Bright baseplate.
Chip at a rear door hinge and the occasional smaller mark besides. No retouches.
Rear doors are complete and intact, opening and closing smoothly.
The attractive and correctly-pictured Supertoy box is brightly-coloured, fresh and complete with no splits.
Presents well. Minimal wear. Note that the U.S. Export label has slid a little at some time (complete).
This is an especially difficult model to find in any condition.
