Notes
A pleasing example of this scarce, early U.S. issue Military Jeep. All original condition throughout. Matte military green finish and a notably intact white star on the bonnet, and on one side (correct). Early issue so note the smooth cast wheels and the solid steering wheel. Original treaded tyres are well-shaped..
Just the occasional little mark and one of the wheels has a little crazing. This model has been carefully handled and stored.
Bright metal parts including the crimped axle ends.
Never individually boxed (issued 1946-47), this model would have been sold from a shopkeeper’s trade box.
Not an easy find.
