Dinky 291 London Bus "Exide". Near mint/boxed. Rare variant with RED PLASTIC wheels, correctly presented in late (paler yellow) box. Outstanding box! From The Nelson Collection.
Notes
Issued during 1963, this late issue has an original and lustrous, bright red paint finish with red plastic hubs, knobbly tyres, a Leyland grille and complete ‘Exide Batteries’ lettering at the sides. Complete ‘73’ on destination boards at front and rear.
Notably, this bus has lost none of its colour vibrancy. Few chips to the paint finish.
