Notes
A rare find! New Zealand version of Spot-on 401 Volkswagon Variant, correct without roof rack and skis. Finished in deep violet blue, with white plastic rear hatch, bright red interior, black steering wheel, spun wheels, well-shaped fine tread tyres, chrome trim, bare metal base. No suspension.
A little light marking to the paint finish and a small section of chrome finish is missing on the intact and complete rear bumper.
Vibrantly-coloured clean New Zealand box has a notably intact cellophane window (re-glued into place). Vivid yellow card inner is intact too. Card piece on box reverse which could be lifted up to suspend the item by the shopkeeper for display has never been used, so still snugly fitting to the rear of the box. Small handling tear to an end flap.
