Corgi 407
Corgi 407 Smith's Karrier Bantam Mobile Shop. Very near mint/boxed (early issue). From The Lewes Collection.
Notes
This model has a pale green finish, flat spun wheels, black painted baseplate. Presents well. Delightfully detailed grocer shop window scene with ‘Sugar Puffs’ and ‘New Laid Eggs’ especially high-lighted!
All paper labels are complete and bright. Shiny spun wheels. Well-shaped original tyres.
Peeping through the rear windows, one can see the grocer behind the counter waiting for customers.
Few little marks to the paint finish.
The early blue card picture box is bright and tear-free, with a crisp feel. A few flecks of surface loss to an end flap. A little wear besides.
This model was in production between 1957-62.
