Notes
Issued between 1963-70, this Dinky Supertoys model is in original, unused condition. Bright white and yellow cab and body, white chassis, black plastic wheels and tyres.
So often, the white plastic tank becomes discoloured and yellowed over time – happy to say that this example is a very bright and fresh white colour.
Complete with tow hook and spare wheel still affixed to the bright baseplate.
All “SHELL” and “B.P.” labels are complete throughout. Tiny wear. Occasional little mark to the paint finish.
The colourfully illustrated end flap style box is complete, clean and bright. These comparatively flimsy boxes often suffer wear due to the weight of the model. This example has fared better than many we have seen – with a tear to the tuck-in section of the large end flaps.
