Notes
Issued 1948-52, this is a scarce British heavyweight Foden Platform Lorry finished in pale grey and red, with a red fuel tank. Beautifully constructed, this was part of a small range of diecast constructional models made between 1948-52 by this British manufacturer. Sold with the necessary tools to take apart and rebuild, this Foden model measures 32cms x 9.5cms. approx.
Complete with spare wheel stowed underneath. Clockwork function works but can be a little temperamental. A few marks to the paint finish.
Especially difficult to find with its distinctive sturdy colourful card box. Some wear as you might expect (rubbing and marking, with water damage to the base).
Original tools and leaflet.
8-Ton Dyson Trailer is finished in grey-blue & red with a complete ‘Dyson’ transfer. Near mint plus condition with a few minor edge marks. Incomplete end flap box has wear.
