Corgi 242
Corgi 242 Ghia-Fiat 'Jolly'. Very, very near mint/boxed. So scarce. Outstanding box too! From The David Frank Collection. Starting bid £250. Please note that QDT apply 12.5% buyer's commission.
Notes
A delightful item from Corgi finished in deep yellow with a red and silver interior, bright silver chrome, two suitably-attired beach lovers, and the Corgi dog reposing on the back seat!
In beautiful, virtually mint condition.
Nearly always found with rubs on the chrome caused by box contact. This example has barely any. One of the best we have seen in this respect. Couple of very small rough casting marks on a rear wing.
Old shop stock quality box.
Issued 1965-66.
