Made between 1957-64, with date of issue October 1958 stamped on the inside of the box lid.
A most attractive truck which presents nicely, with glossy red and grey finish, straight posts with original chain, rounded chain post bosses and grooved metal ‘Supertoy’ wheels. Well-shaped radial tyres.
Bright unfaded colours. Rivetted back.
A few very minor marks and closest scrutiny reveals several little retouches.
The Dinky Supertoys striped box with sloping (italicised) Supertoys print is clean and strongly-coloured. Rusty staples. Light wear.
