Notes
A beauty! It is hard to resist this pale green open tourer model by the well-regarded Schuco company in Germany. An impressive example finished in pale green with a bright red interior, this Open Tourer is most similar to a BMW 328. Measures approx. 14cms x 5 cms. A stunning period tinplate piece with working clockwork motor and an impressive range of functions (4 forward gears, neutral and reverse gears, horn, steering, brake) make this a particularly satisfying toy to own. Intact original windscreen, detailed dashboard and shiny details. Red metal wheels and supple black original tyres with Schuco Cord 250 embossed.
A remarkable find particularly in this virtually mint condition.
Small rub at a wheel arch.
Distinctive and detailed card box has a crisp feel. Light wear only. Period pencilled price.
