Notes
First issue from 1968. Looking like old shop stock.
This sought-after James Bond Aston Martin model is in totally original condition. The silver Aston Martin with gold bumpers has the opening roof feature with the ejector seat mechanism functioning. Both figures of James Bond and villain are still seated inside. It has the rear bullet screen which can be raised and lowered, telescopic over-riders, retractable machine guns, revolving number plates and of course the red tyre slasher blades on the rear wheels. Original tyres look as-new. The suspension is fine on three of the detailed spoked wheels. Still sits well.
Paint finish is in mint condition! Exceptional quality.
Slightly larger than the 261 James Bond Aston Martin, this model is presented in the decorative 1st issue ‘winged box’. One of the best we have seen.
These elaborate boxes so easily get torn or crumpled. This box is outrageously fresh, clean and barely handled. Complete with an unpunched header card.

Underside:
Remains of old tape that kept the box sealed visible. Period U.K price label.
The removable card plinth is crisp, so clean fresh and bright! Inside, we found the all-important Secret Instruction Packet which has never been opened (i.e. not opened and then re-sealed).
Pristine state too and so inside will be The Secret Instructions, the sheet of number plates, the badge and a spare villain.
An iconic James Bond item.
