The first Police car made by Corgi between 1958-61, first in a blue card box and then later in a blue and yellow box.
This first issue example is in very close to mint condition – with a gleaming gloss black finish, shiny flat spun hubs, intact Police sign on the roof, and original, intact aerial. Bright metal parts and well-shaped original tyres.
Presents well with this glossy finish.
Just the occasional barley visible mark. Corgi period accessory number plates have been added. Tiny wear to the POLICE labels on the roof.
The pictorial card box is complete if a touch grubby now. Light wera besides and a small part-puncture to the top surface.
