Notes
Sought after models that are so difficult to find in good condition! Dinky dies were sold to the Indian Firm S. Kumar & Co. trading as Atamco. (1968-70). Often known as Indian-Dinky toys, the finish was poor in comparison. This example was made during 1970.
This Universal Jeep model is an especially difficult find in deep non-metallic red. in very close to perfect condition with a pleasing lustre and a silver trim.
Plastic one-piece wheels.
Note the windscreen has been factory fitted a little awry but in place firmly. Small chip at the back edge of one of the seats and a tiny mark or two besides.
The pictorial card box is complete and bright with a very crisp feel. A little of the usual wear including some edge rubbing. Internal end flap has a small tear.
