Notes
Possibly a unique survivor – it is not clear if this project ever came to fruition! We wonder whether this draft was ever printed and distributed to shopkeepers. Aimed at The U.S. market, this bound and colourful 43 page Brochure includes the typed introduction to Corgi Toys.
Here are a selection of images from its pages:
Particularly interesting are the black and white images from Corgi shops fully stocked with Corgi models! Urging Corgi shopkeepers to put the stock out on open shelves to increase sales! Rather contradictory to this message, the next pages show the range of point of sale displays, some looking very imposing and impressive, with secure locks.
