Stored away for decades, this Gift Set is part of a startling old shop stock find. Many items have never been opened until now, with some outer boxes in a close to pristine state and others showing some signs of storage wear.
Issued between 1978-79, this nicely detailed original ambulance model has a crisp white finish, vivid red detailed interior with sliding side doors and hatch-style rear door. Assumed mint, box does not appear to have ever been opened (although it may be necessary to open carefully to secure for safe posting).
Complete with patient on stretcher.
The cellophane-fronted ‘window’ box is bright and clean, fresh-looking with an unpunched header card and intact original cellophane. Light wear.
Nice example and part of the detailed range of ‘Accident and Emergency’ Ford Transit vehicles from this period.
