This model makes a pleasing display piece with a vivid red paint finish throughout. Tinplate tank has transfers on both sides and at rear. No dents in the tanker. The lettering at the sides is very close to complete. The rear transfer is very close to complete.
Bright baseplate and well-shaped original tyres. Spare included. Rivet fixing.
Attractive glossy finish.
As is so often the case with these high profile Dinky commercials, there are a few little retouches to the paint. Not visible without a magnifying glass. Note the lettering is somewhat lighter on one side of the tank.
The striped pictorial box with italicised print impresses with strong colours on fresh, card. Rusty staples. Light wear.
