Extremely sought-after and difficult to find. An original full Trade Box of Dinky 135 Triumph Promotional models finished in the correct colour combinations, complete with the individual boxes, with colour identifying labels. Made as a special order for dealerships to promote the launch of the Triumph during 1963. Unique promotional colours that were not used for the ‘standard’ Dinky Triumph range. Each in two-tone combinations.
Condition ranges from near mint plus-very, very near mint.
1) White/black version with bright blue interior. Silver trim. Opening boot with both pieces of original luggage. Near mint plus. Bright, clean and fresh card box (with serrated tag) with correct label ‘WHITE/BLACK’.
2) White & Wedgwood version with bright blue interior. Silver trim. Opening boot with both pieces of original luggage. Near mint plus. Bright, clean and fresh card box (without serrated tag) with correct label ‘WH/WEDGWOOD’.
3) Cherry & white version with bright blue interior. Silver trim. Opening boot with both pieces of original luggage. Very near mint. Bright, clean and fresh card box (without serrated tag) with correct label ‘CHERRY/WHITE’.
4) Cactus & black version with bright red interior. Silver trim. Opening boot (no luggage). Near mint plus. Note the casting on one side is a little rough in one small area with a small break to one window post. Bright, clean and fresh card box (without serrated tag) with correct label ‘CACTUS/BLACK’.
