A delightful and so scarce Penguin (Tri-ang) Series 4 model in early deep sky blue plastic. A uniquely fascinating scale model with rubber (band) drive, using the starter handle in conjunction with the rear wheels in order to propel the car along.
Simple construction with a shiny metal base and one piece black plastic wheels/tyres. Measures approx. 12 cms excluding the winding handle.
Distinctive and appealing all card box has a re-attached internal end flap. Barely any wear besides. A scarce item.
