A small number of these dealer promotional models were made during 1981. This is a stunning BMW model finished in vacuum gold-plated finish.
Opening hinged back reveals the detailed engine. Note the perspex packing piece has been left in situ.
Both fixing clips which hold the car securely on its box base are present.
The outer box is complete and bright with intact original cellophane ‘window’. Pristine inner card stand.
Tiny wear to the outer box.
Fine example of a scarce promotional model in eye-catching gold-plated finish.
