Corgi Toys 447 Wall's Ice Cream Van
Wall's Ice Cream Van by Corgi Toys, No. 447. Very, very near mint/boxed, with both figures, unapplied decorative labels and Instruction Leaflet. Original packing card. From Duncan's Collection.
Notes
Issued between 1965-67, this sought-after Corgi Ford Thames Ice Cream Van has a shining, original blue and cream finish with complete detailed labels.
Suspension on shaped spun wheels. In beautiful, virtually mint condition and happily free of the window ‘misting’ that can often be found on these models.
A little minor rubbing to the plating in one small area on the front bumper (have to use a magnifying glass to see!).
Complete with a sheet of decorative labels and Instruction Leaflet to show where to apply the stickers.
Included is the pictorial card plinth which is in very close to pristine condition – so crisp and strongly-coloured! Both figures of the ice cream seller and boy are present.
The pictorial card box is crisp, clean and bright. Hard to find this good.
Lightest wear only. Period pencilled shopkeeper’s price on both large end flaps.
Original packing card piece is still present.
An endearing and nostalgic item.
