This is a very scarce issue in distinctive shade of mid blue with black ridged wheels, smooth black tyres and a first type baseplate with small baseplate print.
In excellent condition, with a few little flicks of silver super-detailing. Few minor marks to the paint finish.
This version is quite distinct from the other ‘not quite so scarce issue’ which is dark blue.
