Issued 1973-75. Colourful unused Dinky heavyweight finished in orange, yellow & silver. As-new chunky tyres on bright cast wheels. Window glazing.

Occasional minor mark. Probably as-made.
Bright, fresh and complete card plinth ahs a storage crumple. Intact clear original bubble lid.
