Dinky Toys 289 Routemaster Bus 'ESSO'

This Dinky Routemaster Bus displays well – with all the nice details not present in the later issues. Complete transfers and labels throughout, this Esso Bus looks as if it has rarely been out of its box. Later issue with cast wheels. Off-white interior (later this cast wheel issue would have a blue interior and be sold in a bubble -pack). Conductor and driver. Ribbed roof.

Fine tread original tyres look as-new.
Minor wear to one of the rear labels (one corner furling) and the occasional mere dot to the paint finish.
The card picture box is bright and complete. Crisp feel. Light wear only.
