Issued between 1962-68, this off-white ambulance has a longer red side stripe at the sides and this is a difficult find with a red interior. Complete with stretcher and patient, both seated figures, intact delicate opaque roof beacon and siren. ‘Ambulance’ window sign is intact on both sides (clear glass). Suspension on bright shaped spun wheels. Fine tread as-new tyres. Matte baseplate. Opening rear door.
A few little edge marks and a couple of areas where the casting is rough.
Bright card box is the version with one large internal end flap with a serrated strip (detached but present). Light mottling in places. Card feels crisp. Light wear.
