Notes
A delightful Corgi model in close to mint condition throughout,issued between 1960-63. This van has a black lower body, silver upper body, and ridged roof, smooth hubs. “Evening Standard” labels are bright, fresh and complete on both sides. Bright baseplate. Obviously, this van has barely been handled!
There are just a couple of rubs on the roof and a few tiny dots besides. Nice example!
The card pictorial box is complete, crisp and bright with a shopkeeper’s pencilled price on one end flap.
A real gem – and not an easy variation to find.
