Notes
In crisp and fresh white finish with an unmarked silver trim and Red Cross emblems cast on both sides. Opening rear doors. Smooth domed silver cast wheels and well-shaped original black tyres with a fine tread. Lights detail. Silver base is correct with no maker, simply ‘MADE IN ENGLAND’ cast.
Model measures 110 mm. From 1956. Later this model would be issued as Budgie No. 258.
A couple of small marks on this most unforgiving of paint finishes.
The colourful and distinctive card box is complete and bright. Tear and repair to an end flap hinge. Little age/handling wear besides.
