The collection of Denis Tyler represents a lifelong deep appreciation of Dinky Toys, Britains models, Minic models and more primarily from the 1940’s & 50’s. All British made diecast and tinplate models. Proceeds going to charities close to his heart.
In all original condition, this is a wonderful and scarce display piece from Minic, with aan all pale blue long bonnet cab and bright red tank, shiny tinplate wheels, and smooth black, well shaped tyres. Working motor. Version with "LINES BROS’ logo transfers and TRI-ANG at the sides (virtually complete – complete).
Occasional negligible mark. Working clockwork motor. Original Minic key is included.
The plain white card box with red print is correct for this early just post-war issue. Light wear/few very small stains.
A very difficult find in any condition.
