Notes
This collection represents a lifelong deep appreciation of Dinky Toys, Britains models, Minic models and more primarily from the 1940’s & 50’s. All British made diecast and tinplate models. Proceeds going to charities close to his heart.
Second type cab issue of this Dinky truck made between 1952-56. This gleaming bright Dinky toy Foden model is a superlative example. Violet blue cab and chassis and a vivid orange back, paler blue grooved hubs. Well-shaped, original black radial tyres. 20 mph label still in place. Bolt fixing.
One of the much-loved Dinky toys from this era and an especially rare find in this very close to shop-fresh condition.
Gleaming and virtually mint, with a couple of minute wheel arch marks.
The striped, dual-numbered DINKY SUPERTOYS box is complete and brightly-coloured. Untarnished staples. Tiny wear. Period pencilled prices at a short lid end.
