Notes
A glossy maroon and black Railway Delivery Van ‘LMS’ with complete ‘LMS EXPRESS PARCELS TRAFFIC’ transfers on both sides. Delightful period paper advertisements at the sides too: ‘Pedigree Prams’ & ‘Tri-ang Minic Dolls Houses’. Complete ‘LMS’ lettering above the cab and and complete (notably) on the rear doors. Complete numbering on the bonnet sides too. Measures approx. 14 cms.
Shiny radiator, headlight and bumper. Shiny wheels and smooth, black, well-shaped original tyres. Minor marking only.
Working clockwork motor. A little marking as one might expect at the rear opening doors caused by the drawbar. Couple of well-matched dabs of paint on the bonnet (visible under magnification).
Nice to see that the colourful card box is present and complete. With LMS stamp on the large end flaps. Light age wear and a small stain. Period prices and humbering on an end flap. Note the inclusion of the little promotional concertina-style booklet too!
